Dignity Ink Tattoos Refund & Returns Policy

At Dignity Ink Tattoos, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our tattoos, piercings, jewelry, and clothing collections. Our commitment to your satisfaction is paramount, and we understand that sometimes, a purchase may not meet your expectations. Below is our policy regarding refunds and returns for our products.

Duration of Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your acquisition, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please note, due to the nature of our services and products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Tattoo and piercing services
  • Customized jewelry items
  • Personalized or customized clothing items

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Returns Process

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. For items eligible for return, please contact us at info@dignityink.co.za with your receipt or proof of purchase. We will guide you through the process of mailing your product back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dignityink.co.za.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dignityink.co.za.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
